This policy covers App Radar, the internal research tool of Luch Dev (sole proprietorship, NIP PL1133202275, Poland), and this website, radar.luch.dev. Contact: hello@luch.dev. Each iOS app we publish has its own privacy policy, linked from its App Store page.
This website
radar.luch.dev is a static site served by Cloudflare. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. Cloudflare processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. Fonts load from Google Fonts. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.
App Radar and Google user data
App Radar signs in to Google with OAuth to read data from Google Ads accounts owned by Luch Dev. It requests only the Google Ads scope, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords.
- What we access. The list of our own Google Ads accounts, and keyword planning data for keywords we submit: search volumes, competition and bid ranges.
- How we use it. Only to research demand for Luch Dev's own apps and to plan advertising for them.
- Storage. Results are stored in a local database on the owner's computer. The OAuth refresh token is kept in a local configuration file excluded from version control; access tokens stay in memory.
- Sharing. We do not sell, rent or share Google user data. It is not used to target advertising at individuals and not used to train AI models.
- No personal data. Keyword planning data is aggregated by Google and contains no information about individual people.
- Retention and deletion. Research data is kept while it is useful for product decisions. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored data is deleted on request to hello@luch.dev.
App Radar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Other data sources
App Radar also reads aggregated, public or first-party data: Apple's App Store search and listings, Apple Ads search popularity for our own ad account, and App Store Connect reports for our own apps. None of it identifies individual people.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Email hello@luch.dev. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page.
